When you have a business and are the ceo (ray) you must deal with all employee's, problems,concerns. In this event with (Jeremy Mayfield) it was not done, at all. When you have a winning team,driver,leader and mess it all up and then do nothing about it, you have big problems.In your case you show all concern to only one team and have three (3) teams,that spells disaster. If you would have stepped in and showen concern the trouble that was created would not have happened.In the opinion of others this does not show very good business practices. Just remember this, the FANS that buy the merchandise and go to the RACES, pay the salaries.
